Return and refund policy

We accept return requests for refunds and size-exchange requests for standard products within 7 calendar days of delivery. Standard catalog designs remain eligible even when produced after an order is placed.
Standard-product returns and exchanges
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Please wait for return instructions before shipping. For ordinary returns and size exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. These ordinary-return conditions do not exclude a claim concerning a defect or an incorrect item.
Customer-personalized products
Products personalized to a customer's instructions are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. This exclusion applies only to customer-personalized items, not to standard designs produced after ordering. If a personalized item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us for a refund or replacement under the process below.
Incorrect, damaged or defective products
Contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. After inspection and approval, you may choose a refund or a replacement. This applies to both standard and customer-personalized products. The 7-day ordinary-return window does not limit any statutory remedy.
Return shipping and replacement shipping
The customer arranges and pays for return shipping to our warehouse, including returns involving an incorrect, damaged or defective item, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. Orng Studio pays the forward shipping cost for an approved replacement or size exchange.
Inspection and approval
We inspect returned items when they reach our warehouse and notify you of the outcome. Refunds and replacements are processed after the returned item passes the applicable quality check. An item returned because it is defective is assessed against the reported issue, rather than the ordinary requirement that returned goods be free from defects. Replacements and size exchanges are subject to availability; we will contact you if the requested item is unavailable.
Refund timing and payment method
The refund period begins when the returned item passes quality inspection and the return is approved. We process approved refunds within 14 business days of that approval, subject to any shorter period required by law. We aim for the refund to be completed within that period; bank or payment-provider posting delays can affect when it appears in your account.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method wherever possible. For delivery-collected payments, or where an original-method refund is unavailable, we will email you to arrange an alternative bank or UPI refund. We may request your UPI ID or receiving QR code. We will never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password to issue a refund.
Cancellations
Standard-product orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us promptly with your order number. Once shipped, standard orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return process after delivery. Customer-personalized orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed, subject to statutory rights. Approved refunds for cancellations are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval; no return quality check applies where no item has been shipped.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Any mandatory legal requirements take precedence over conflicting policy terms, including return-shipping, eligibility, cancellation and refund provisions.
