At Orng Studio, every piece is carefully crafted, especially our custom embroidered articles. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery process, and responsibilities for both domestic and international orders.

 

 

📍 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship:

  • 🌍 Internationally to select countries

Shipping availability for international orders may vary depending on logistics partners and destination restrictions.

 

 

🧵 2. Order Processing Time

All orders go through a processing (production) phase before shipping.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products:

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Ready-Made Designs:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, embroider, quality check, and pack your order before dispatch.

 

 

🚛 3. Shipping & Delivery Time

 

🇮🇳 Domestic (India)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Location (metro/non-metro)
    • Courier Partner
    • Local logistics conditions

🌍 International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery time depends on:
    • Destination country
    • Customs clearance
    • Local courier handling

 

💸 4. Shipping Charges

 

🇮🇳 India:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value (if applicable)

 

🌍 International:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • destination

    • order weight

    • courier rates

👉 All applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

 

 

🌐 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are: the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

Orng Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

 

📦 6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via - email / SMS / WhatsApp (if applicable)
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates

 

 

 

📬 7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unavailability of recipient

  • refusal to accept order

Then:

  • the package may be returned to us

  • re-shipping will require additional shipping charges

 

 

📍 8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • correct shipping address

  • correct phone number

  • accurate delivery details

Orng Studio is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 

 

⏳ 9. Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • high order volumes

  • courier partner issues

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • customs clearance (international orders)

  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

 

 

📦 10. Packaging

All products are packed with care to ensure:

  • product safety

  • fabric protection

  • premium presentation

Packaging may vary based on product type and order size.

 

 

⚠️ 11. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • tampered

  • incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • clear images of the product

  • packaging photos

  • order details

Resolution:

  • replacement OR

  • refund (if applicable)

 

 

🔁 12. Return Shipping (Reference)

Shipping responsibilities for returns/exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Customer pays shipping if at fault

  • Orng Studio pays if error is from our side

 

 

🚫 13. Non-Serviceable Locations

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel orders from non-serviceable locations

  • request alternate delivery details

In such cases, a refund will be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled.

 

 

⚖️ 14. Liability Limitation

Orng Studio shall not be liable for:

  • delays caused by courier partners

  • customs clearance delays

  • loss or damage after delivery confirmation

  • incorrect delivery due to customer-provided details
